- Define and execute Milrem’s global commercial strategy
- Build a structured, data-driven sales organisation
- Lead and shape high-value international defence programmes
- Operate at a senior level with governments, NATO, and industry partners
- Personally engage in and support the most critical deals
What We Are Looking For
You are a senior commercial leader with a strong track record in complex, international environments.
- Proven experience in senior commercial roles (CSO, VP Sales or equivalent)
- Background in defence, government, or similarly regulated industries
- Demonstrated success in winning large, complex international programmes
- Experience operating across global markets and multi-stakeholder environments
Key Capabilities
- Ability to define and execute commercial strategy
- Strong stakeholder influence at senior government and industry levels
- Experience leading and scaling international sales organisations
- Deep understanding of long-cycle, complex sales environments
- Ability to manage a geographically dispersed sales organisation
